The data collected by the FSRM is primarily used for managing registrations and accounting. Additionally, it is used to communicate events organized or co-organized exclusively by FSRM (for example: courses, public lectures, scientific conferences, children’s workshops).

When registering for a course or event organized by the FSRM, the FSRM may request personal data from the client (such as name, first name, postal address, phone number, email address) to manage their participation. The FSRM implements all necessary measures to prevent access to this data as well as its alteration or disclosure.
This information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is neither sold nor distributed to third parties.
The FSRM may rely on subcontracting partners for data management and ensures that their processing complies with legal requirements.
When an event is co-organized with a partner, data exchange with these partners may occur to ensure the smooth management of the event.
The FSRM staff are bound by professional secrecy and strictly respect the confidentiality of the communicated information.
